Kuala Lumpur · Household Organisation
A calmer household begins with a shared conversation.
Familion helps Malaysian families weave steady rhythms of communication and mend the gaps in household records — one session, one folder, one year at a time.
Our Programmes
Three ways to tend your household
Each programme is educational and organisational. None interpret individual situations, provide professional counsel, or represent any household externally.
Conversation Setup Session
A two-hour session in which a household sets up a simple, repeatable rhythm for shared household conversations — what gets talked about, how often, and how decisions get recorded.
- Single two-hour in-home session
- Written conversation rhythm template
- Decision-recording worksheet
Family Records Programme
A three-session programme over six weeks for households that want to set up a single, shared records folder — identification, household papers, family contacts, and a written family timeline.
- Three sessions over six weeks
- Labelled household records folder
- Written record-keeping rhythm
Annual Conversation Programme
A year-long programme for families that want a steady, facilitated rhythm of shared household planning conversations — initial setup, four quarterly sessions, and a closing annual review.
- Initial in-home setup session
- Four quarterly facilitated conversations
- Closing annual review session
Why Familion
What a household gains from tending its conversations
Shared Household Clarity
When a household's papers are labelled and its decisions recorded, daily life carries less weight. Everyone knows where things are and how they were decided.
Repeatable Rhythms
A household rhythm isn't a single conversation — it's a pattern that holds from month to month. Familion helps you shape that pattern to fit your family's pace.
Organised Household Records
A single, labelled folder for identification papers, household documents, family contacts, and a written family timeline — tended and returned to as a household.
Respectful, Neutral Facilitation
Our facilitators do not take sides, offer counsel, or represent any member of the household. They hold space for the family's own conversation to take place.
In-Home, at Your Pace
Sessions are held at your home in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor. There is no need to travel; the work takes place in the household where it belongs.
Confidential and Considered
Household conversations are held in full confidence. What your family shares in a session stays in your household — no records leave without your consent.

Commonly asked
What exactly happens in a Familion session?
A Familion facilitator visits your home at an agreed time. The session is structured around a simple template — what your household wants to talk about, how decisions get noted, and what a repeating rhythm might look like. The facilitator guides the conversation but does not interpret it, give advice, or represent your household to anyone. You leave with a written record of what was agreed and a practical schedule to follow.
Is this a counselling or legal service?
No. Familion's programmes are entirely educational and organisational. We do not provide professional counsel of any kind — not psychological, not legal, not financial. Our facilitators are trained in household communication structures, not professional disciplines. If your household requires a professional, we can point you to appropriate directories.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held in your home. We currently serve households in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. If your address is outside these areas, please reach out and we will let you know whether we can arrange travel.
What do the prices include?
All session fees include the facilitator's time, preparation, travel within KL/Selangor, printed templates and worksheets, and a written summary after the session. The Family Records Programme also includes a physical labelled records folder. There are no additional costs unless discussed in advance.
How do I know which programme suits us?
A short introductory call with our team — usually 20 minutes — is enough to understand your household's current situation and suggest the most fitting starting point. We will not push you towards a larger programme if a single session is sufficient.
How is household privacy maintained?
Everything shared in a session remains within your household. Familion does not store records of your conversations beyond what is needed for scheduling and invoicing. Our facilitators sign confidentiality agreements before any engagement. You may request deletion of your contact and session details at any time.
