Programmes
Three programmes, one household at a time.
Each of Familion's three programmes is educational and organisational. They differ in scope and duration, but share the same principles: in-home, confidential, and designed to leave the household with practical tools it can use independently.

Familion's approach to household sessions
All Familion programmes follow a shared structure: a preparation exchange before the session, an in-home facilitated session, and a written summary afterwards. This structure is the same across all three programmes — what differs is the number of sessions, the topics covered, and the physical outputs left with the household.
The facilitator's role is consistent across all programmes. They hold the structure of the conversation — the time, the topics, the note-taking — but do not contribute opinions, give advice, or take positions. Decisions and records belong to the household.

Programme 01
Household Conversation Setup Session
A two-hour session in which a household sets up a simple, repeatable rhythm for shared household conversations — what gets talked about, how often, and how decisions get recorded. The session is educational and organisational. It does not interpret any individual situation, does not provide professional counsel, and does not represent any household externally.
- Single two-hour in-home facilitated session
- Written household conversation rhythm template
- Decision-recording worksheet (print and digital)
- Written session summary within 48 hours
Programme 02
Three-Session Family Records Programme
A three-session programme over six weeks for households that want to set up a single, shared records folder — identification, household papers, family contacts, and a written family timeline. Sessions are organisational and instructional. Households leave with a labelled records folder and a short, written record-keeping rhythm.
- Three facilitated sessions across six weeks
- Physical labelled household records folder
- Written family timeline worksheet
- Record-keeping rhythm guide for ongoing maintenance
- Written summary after each session
Programme 03
Annual Family Conversation Programme
A year-long programme for families that want a steady, facilitated rhythm of shared household planning conversations. Includes an initial in-home setup session, four quarterly facilitated conversations, and a closing annual review. The facilitator's role is to help the family have its own conversations; the programme is not professional counsel and does not represent the family in any external matter.
- Initial in-home setup session (full setup)
- Four quarterly facilitated household conversations
- Closing annual review and forward-planning session
- Written summary and updated records after each session
- Same facilitator throughout the year, where possible
