Facilitators trained in household communication structures
Familion's team trains exclusively in household-scale facilitation — not corporate workshops, not classroom teaching. The methods we use were developed over four years of in-home work with families across Kuala Lumpur, and are refined continuously based on household feedback. Each facilitator completes an internal programme before working independently, and senior facilitators review their first ten engagements.

A clear, replicable session structure
Each Familion session follows a written structure that the household receives in advance. Nothing in the session is improvised or opaque. You know what will be covered, what the facilitator's role is, and what you will leave with. After the session, a written summary is shared within 48 hours — including the household's conversation rhythm, any decisions recorded, and the agreed next steps.

A small team that attends carefully
Familion is not a large organisation. Each facilitator works with a limited number of households per month so that attention is genuine. Before any engagement, we invite a short introductory call — not a sales call, but a genuine conversation about what your household is looking for and whether Familion is a fitting starting point.

Transparent, all-inclusive pricing
Familion's session fees include the facilitator's time, preparation, travel within KL and Selangor, printed templates, and the written summary. There are no additional charges unless discussed and agreed before the session. Pricing is fixed per programme — the same whether your household is two people or six.

Outcomes that remain after the sessions end
Familion's programmes are designed to leave something behind. After a Conversation Setup Session, a household has a written rhythm it can return to every quarter. After the Records Programme, a household has a labelled folder it can update as papers change. After the Annual Programme, a household has a year of shared conversations and a closing review that maps the year ahead. The goal is not ongoing dependency — it is a lasting household habit.

The Household Records Folder
At the end of the Records Programme, each household leaves with a physical, labelled folder developed specifically for their papers. This is not a generic filing system — the labels and sections are shaped to what the household actually needs to keep.
Self-sustaining rhythms
Familion's programmes are designed to make themselves unnecessary. The rhythms and templates we help a household set up are meant to continue independently — not to require our ongoing involvement.
Whole-household, not individual
Our sessions are addressed to the household — meaning the conversations, records, and outcomes belong collectively to the family, not to a single member. This shapes how sessions are structured and how decisions are recorded.
In-home only, by design
We do not offer video or office-based sessions. Household work belongs in the household — and some of the most practical work, such as reviewing a document folder or setting up a records shelf, can only be done where the papers actually live.
